that's right crypto has a lot of advantages if you invested on it. but right now is not the right time because you know that august 1 is coming to us that's why bitcoin price is really low right now. because of it and it will be more lower if the split of chain happen segwit is playing a huge part in bitcoin in augus 1 even tho it's coming on bitcoin we should be thankful because it could decreease the waiting time when we're having a transaction in sending and receiving.
Segwit is playing a role in a bitcoin. Because certain things will happen. Speed of transaction will be rapidly. Speed of growing in the economy will be also rapidly so banks will unhappily give the acceptance to bitcoin. Because future is in the hands of bitcoins. So yeah Keep invest and get a good benefits from bitcoin. What we hear if we will not gonna make a lot of research will make us worried and cause panic selling, there are FUDS all over as the Segwit is approaching. Let's think of the past that happens, there were a lot of dramas but in the end we still end up a big pump after every dump, this is the same scenario, so just let those weak hands dump their holdings and take the opportunity to buy cheap. |

Crypto shouldn't be treated as way of get quick rich scheme. It is more than that, a financial system which gives you freedom for managing your assets. It is true that it will pay you back if you hold a lot of them right now. But caution must be taken from the crypto world as you ding know what regulations your government will bring on it. There are few countries who has legalised bitcoin while mean time few are there who have banned use of bitcoin. Now the thing is what about you and me in the future!!

Making money out of it is as good of a reason as any else to be interested into bitcoin, but if you wanted to really be rich you are pretty much too late imho.
There are many other more proper reasons to be interested into bitcoin, other than your fiat value. Its great to be interested in it for the community, the knowledge how people fight with the establishment. Its the knowledge of how establishment inflirtrate bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and such. There is a lot more to it than just money.
Its lastly a great social experiment, if greed can destroy great project, or not.

Yes, but crypto still has a lot of the homework, especially to getting approve by the securities institution in every government. The crypto market cap is worth for multiple billion dollars in the future.
Who cares if it is approved, the most important thing is simply that crypto is legal and that crypto keeps getting more and more money invested in it those tow things are going to be the determining factor if cryptocurrencies are to become successful. |

The 85% you are talking about is just the intention to implement the SegWit (91.0% as of now, according to Coin Dance website). But no one knows whether this support level will remain at the time of implementation. But if it is implemented, then the exchange rates may zoom upwards by anywhere from 50% to 150% of the current levels. |

It is absolutely profitable to hold the crypto currencies for long. The crypto currencies with main focus of bitcoin are still in the stage of infancy. They have so many correction in them and still price is so high. The segwit2x situation for instance is another leap in the bitcoin world which decide the fate of bitcoin. The price will either go up or come down. Such instances will keep happening but the price shall go up due to it's volatile nature.
I have no doubt about the value of the bitcoin will still go up. I know the bitcoin will become more popular in this following years. Yeah I agree to you the volatile is the reason why many people entering the world of bitcoin. |

It is good that more and more countries are legalizing Bitcoin but I live on a small European Island so will eventually need to know how I can bring Bitcoin into the country and how it will affect my Tax and Income. I will need to get financial advice form a local accountant. Probably it will be best for me to open a limited company or corporate account to pay my tax on Bitcoin earnings. If I ever get rich from digital currency then I will be another testimonial for this thread. For now I am living with great optimism and hope.  |

I assume it´s the future and we still are in present. So even now with BTC prices in the thousands we can consider ourselves early adopters and this market can only grow in the future. So make money of it.
