Far future speculation is always more of a gambling than estimation based on knowledge.
No one will be able to predict price of bitcoin in a hundred years. Even Satoshi had no idea what will be bitcoin's future.
We have no idea if bitcoin network will survive next 10 years or so. Plus, we can't compare Bitcoin to fiat when inflation is in play.
Bear in mind: $100 in the year 1969 is worth $645 in 2015.

You can't predict it or even guess. Short-term is easier and you can probably see it [like the $1000 rise].

Indeed it is a wild guess.  There are too many factor to consider, though we can have  reference to some of the factor but there is still missing to justify that what we are speculating is possible to happen.  We cannot tell the future, probably Bitcoin will be replaced even before it reach $10k.  The things ahead is uncertain.

I don't get it how people on this forum can make such insane claims such as bitcoin hitting such a high all time high, not only will this never happen people on the forum have to understand that if they want bitcoin to be accepted it's going to have to sit around the price it is now. No one is going to adopt a currency like bitcoin that has such a high change rate per day.

Well, I think it's really good speculation. bitcoin, ever not have a price, and this time, the price of bitcoin becomes very high. I also believe, the future price of bitcoin will be very high, and it might just as you predicted. but for now, the price of bitcoin really stable at $ 1000 price

yes no one can speak about the future of bitcoin so correction but i think we can speculate about the future of bitcoin by observing the number of people entering in the world of bitcoin. as their number is increasing day by day.

I do not think Bitcoin will reach that value and I do not hope it's worth it. because when the value of Bitcoin increased, meaning that the value of the dollar fell, and the Bitcoin worth 10 million dollars, real money will lose value, and it is worse, the value of Bitcoin must depend on the value of real money. it is imperative

yes we just have to be patient in the pumping of the price of bitcoin. but 100 years is a bit too much.. even if bitcoin price will reach to 10M dollars each, do you think were still alive at that moment and enjoying what bitcoin has to offer?  i think no.. so the best thing to do now is just go with the flow of the coin. enjoy while each year the price increases..

i am watching bitcoin since 5 Years. so, know according to Markets i hope in Future ( Around 100 Year's)  1 Satoshi equal to 1 USD Dollar and 1 bitcoin equal to 10 Million USD Dollars. What you think about it i am not sure but i need Best Suggestion's.

One hundred years is to far for bitcoin to be able to make 1 satoshi equivalent to 1 dollars. Possibly in 30 to 50 years time bitcoin will have the price of 100 million dollars each. Is this a joke, this is not a joke. The world is already studying the usefulness of bitcoin in the financial system that can be used as payment when purchasing goods and service. There are actually countries that have seen the merit of bitcoin and is planning to adopt bitcoin in their country. The only thing left now is for other countries to follow those moves and soon millions of population will join the fray that will lead us to that ideal price.

We can speculate about bitcoin to make it move forward. With the ongoing acceptance by merchants, adoption in big companies and governments planning to make regulations are making bitcoin a perfect future. Along with these several firms were creating blockchain based upon their own needs. Even its helping villages go digital based on the technology.

It'd be awesome but how will you pay for a candy? I mean all prices would then be rounded to a whole $1. I think the max price it should have is $100.000. Even this price looks high and impossible to achieve, but I'm looking for a $5-$10k in the Q4 2017.

It will be awsome and wonderful if that thing will truly happens in future from now.But theres a chance that bitcoins will be gone in more years from now.Bitcoins reaching 2,000$ in market in this graphs may came through any day of this month now because bitcoins now are showing whats the real value.So i think also that 1 satoshi = 1$ may happen in many years from now on.Lets just think positive

Now coming back to your topic, it would be great if 1 satoshi equals to 1 USD but in that case, the market capital of bitcoin should reach that equivalent level and that is not possible anytime soon unless Bill gates or warren buffet thinks to do so.

I don't think it will be replaced, it might not become digital currency we wish it to be but it will be used ad store of value.
At this point there is nothing that can beat near ideal initial distribution of Bitcoin. Every new altcoin is created with the idea of it being valuable.
Bitcoin was created and once was considered totally useless and therefore dirt worth - it gained value over time.
We can compare BTC to many object we now consider the best store of value: vintage furniture, antiques, old cars.

It is possible, but it would take some time, and it also depends if bitcoin won't face any problem, but for now, 1 Satoshi = 1 dollar is not possible, because I think it is too much for 1 satoshi to cost 1 dollar, but it is a good thing if this is really going to happen in the near future. Since bitcoins population is keep on growing every day that is passing by, there is a higher chance that bitcoins price for about let's say $2000-$3000 this year, well it is just my prediction.

But for now, I think bitcoins price would just PUMP to $1500 per bitcoin, because it is the most topic that I always here in my friend, saying that someone here in this forum with a higher position just told him about this, I don't if its true, but it is not impossible to happen though.

The expectations were very good, but for now, it is very far from reality, and there are no signs that the price of 1 satoshi equal to $ 1. I am more confident, when people predict that the next bitcoin price is $ 2,000, and maybe it will happen in early 2018.

Bitcoin is something unique and it can be complement as gold investation but the different is bitcoin value still volatile.
As I can see bitcoin value keep increase over a year so it's good choice to keep as investation for many years especially when bitcoin reach another halving on 2019 , their value will increase 4x on that year ....

Since past 2 years most probably (2014) the crypto currency did not have much momentum in the retail transaction but..           On my opinion it would raise in the upcoming future and least the economic crisis held today

I agree it is not a joke but an exaggeration.  It is not the usefulness of Bitcoin that was being studied, it was the blockchain technology that Bitcoin presented to the financial system.  Even if they prove that Bitcoin is superb, government will only use the technology and not Bitcoin itself.  So maybe let us stop daydreaming about Bitcoin reachin million dollar, but rather let us be realistic first.  Aim $10k then next milestone $50k .
