Wine reduces blood clotting, strengthens blood circulation, increases blood flow in our veins.

Two double rakı

1- It opens blood vessels and relieves blood circulation.
2-Due to sufficient blood flow, brain functions are accelerating and the whole body relaxes.
3-A mixture of grapes and anise, helps the liver.

Drinking alcohol is no good at all .its just a waste of money .and i even ask myself why the hell alcohol drinking was started ? It is so stupid . Even when i drank wine or any other drinks it didnt effect me in any way .

Alcohol is just another food item. And don't call it a waste of money. If you call alcohol as a waste of money today, then tomorrow you will say that caviar, foie gras, and Beaufort cheese are a waste of money.

Yes. buying alcohol is not a waste of money because you actually enjoy consuming when you drink it. Also drinking alcohol diminish your stress level and somewhat relax your body but it also lessen your decision making. So I think you need to set your limit if you are going to go out and socialize and drink with your friends.

Exactly. Also, it is a matter of personal freedom. In my country, there are a lot of anti-alcohol activists. These people are very irritating, and sometimes they forcibly close down liquor shops. What is their problem, as no one is forcing them to drink alcohol?

It is a funny report i should say. If you are taking liquor once in a while then there is no harm in doing so.I do consume once in a while and i don't think it will affect my health in any way possible. The problem occurs when you are an addict .

I don't rrally believe this. Of course if you drink excessively for extended periods, i think thats the time that these negativr effects will take effect. Almost everyone is drinking alcohol around the world and we all know it can be harmful if we don't do it right. We don't need any resesrch or any doctors to tell us that

Well you are right. It's quite a bit extreme to tell people to just 'stop drinking'. All things really are bad when taken to the extremes. Drinking on its own especially beer and wine is actually proven to have good impacts on men's health, only if taken moderately.

Regular drinking a lot of alcohol is harmful, be sure. My father drank alcohol whole my childhood as I remember it and 15 years ago he was partially paralysed by a stroke. He was not so old.

I'm sorry for you father, but I think other factors may have contributed to his stroke and not just by drinking. Maybe he has vices like smoking or too much fatty food that cause it but I don't think drinking alcohol is the single factor for his stroke. I have a lot of relatives who got stroke as well but they too had drinking problem but they eat fatty foods and smoke a lot that got them to be sick.

The problem with alcohol is not alcohol itself but they way people use it, if you drink a few beers when you watch football with your friends then any bad effect of alcohol is going to be very mild, but the problem is that people drink until they are wasted, some try to drive or perform other dangerous activities while drunk, that is the real problem.

Drinking wine has its own benefits. But I don't think that the consumption of beer is more beneficial than detrimental to the health. Beer should be avoided, especially by diabetics and obese people.

Yes you are right, the effects of drinking alcohol would be bad if it had drunk so much that can be intoxicating. If you take just a little it will not intoxicating even warm if in the night. But if drinking a lot until exhausted it could make a loss of consciousness and can a criminal act or an accident when driving. Drinking too much alcohol is not good for health, such as causing damage to the nerves, causing heart problems, interfere with liver function, etc. Maybe if you want to drink better at a lower rate and not too often.

Alcohol is a substance. Like all substance, when abused, they sometimes have serious consequences. Alcohol will make you loopy and thirsty. Nothing more.
But taken to excess, you may hit a motherfucker.

As I have said, anything taken to excess can cause you harm. We are creatures of balance. As healthy as carrots are, try eating a diet solely of.  You wouldnt get far  Cheesy

There are some people who will be drinking a lot and do not care what might happen tomorrow. Tomorrow did do it again. Drinking for them is just like sleeping that you need to do it everyday. I don't call it a habit, but more likely, an addiction.

Drinking moderately is good. Alcohol intake has a good benefit in the body. Moderate alcohol consumption may provide some health benefits. It reduces risk of developing and dying from heart disease. It can even possibly reduce the risk of having diabetes. Again, too much may cause serious negative effects. It has an impact to the brain and can destroy liver. I still prefer alcohol than smoking cigarette. The most hated part of getting drunk is the after effect called "HANGOVER". It made me feel sick the entire day. I feel lousy everytime I feel it.

It reduces risk of developing and dying from heart disease.
Thats because moderate amount of alcohol reduces blood pressure, but on the other hand, higher amount of alcohol rise it.

Brain damage. Binge drinking can cause blackouts, memory loss and anxiety. Long-term drinking can result in permanent brain damage, serious mental health problems and alcohol dependence or alcoholism.

Drinking alcohol is the best only if not too much. Usually when you are alone, you can control it and drink only what you know is right for you, but when you are drinking with friends, peer pressure is there, even if you don't want to drink anymore, you are shy to tell them that you don't want to drink anymore when you already reach your limit. That's one thing we should change, learn how to refuse when you are already at your limit.

It's for your own good.
