WTF man? This is the first time I am hearing that drinking alcohol causes cancer. Are you sure that you are not mistaking alcohol with tobacco or some other substance? To many alcohol combine with less sleep and less food can lead to alcoholic epilepsy. So when drinking you have to take care of doze and try  not to ruin sleeping routine and of course regular meals during the day.
Who dont want to lover doze of alcohol per day and love to drink high amount of alcohol can at least try to drink slowly, like one cup per hour, and also it is good to have some snack during drinking.

To be honest I was not a drinker, never drank alcohol, even smell it was I did not like. So I wonder what makes people drink which I think stinks. This is good advice, but the problem is that during the alcohol the sense of proportion is off. Sometimes I also do what I can for 5-6 hours to drink 1.5-2 liters of vodka. Then come behind the wheel of a car home and go to bed. It's bad, but I'm so there.

2 liters of vodka in 6 hours? Do you have a family or a kid? If you want to commit suicide, then there are a lot of other options. Why you want to drink to death? This can be a mental disease as well. No one with a good mental state will drink 2 liters of alcohol in six hours.
