It's actually good for the heart but too much is never good, just drink a little or enough. It maybe good for the heart but not for the brain, yes it can make you very brave but it can also make you insane and stupid when too much. Schedule drinking so you'll have the discipline in drinking, alcohol can imprison your own brain when too much but with discipline you can actually achieve freedom and use drinking as a healthy habit for the heart.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Hi guys. Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?

Anything that you abuse is bad, I have read an article that drinking occasionally is good for the health. For example drinking a glass of wine a day detoxifies your body. But of course if you drink a lot you'll end up hurting your liver.

It seems that the state of more mini-developing countries are beginning to more actively contribute to alcoholic intoxication of their citizens, and this seems to me to be done so that people do not observe or react to what is happening around them. If a person is drunk then Freedom of speech is not needed.

I drink alcohol sometimes like beer, brandy, scotch etc for it gives me satisfaction and joy. I think alcohol is good in moderation and our body needs it, Its one of the better vices than cigarettes and drugs.

But sometimes drinking too much alcohol can be very dangerous, including driving while in the influence of it and sometimes changes human behavior that can result to serious problems. So better to not abuse it.

Alcoholic lifestyle as an antipode of a healthy lifestyle is one of the most important factors leading to premature death. Alcoholism - a huge social evil, which from the inside "corrodes" the person, causing huge damage to society. "National disaster", "collective suicide of the nation", "the path to the catastrophe of mankind" - this is how scientists and the public of many countries assess the growing abuse of alcoholic beverages.

I know quite a few problem drinkers, people who could never go a day without booze. It's genuinely disgusting to witness and they're deeply pathetic people.

Most people have a normal relationship with alcohol but they're also very good at deceiving themselves as to what normal is. All of these middle aged women who put away a bottle of wine a night 'because it's only wine' might find they've inserted a time bomb into their bodies when it all adds up.

And I don't drink no more. My main problem with drinking when I did was that I didn't do enough of it.
Hello, I very much agree with your point of view, I think that alcohol affects people's life and health, in life, we should drink it less.

This is a ridiculous logic. I have been to a lot many of the third world countries, and people who are addicted to alcohol are only around 2% to 3% at the max. The governments get a lot of revenues from the sale of alcohol, and that is the reason why they encourage its sale. They are not interested in keeping the citizens in a zombie state by making them alcoholics.

Drinking alcohol is somehow good for our body. According to research, Alcohol can help you boost your metabolism and somehow improves the regulation of blood into your system. The only thing that cause the damage is again the addiction. Too much alcohol can cause for your liver to crash, and diabetes. If you drink moderately I think its good and just remember not abuse  to your body.

Drinking alcohol is okay if you do it moderately. A glass of wine a day is fine because it helps in burning calories since the effects be like taking an hour visit to the gym.

I used to drink almost daily during my college days, and it had an effect on my health. I had to reduce drinking due to health issues. Now I drink on rare occasions, and not more than 3-4 times a month.

Some says that our body also need an alcohol. Drinking too much and make it habit that come to addiction is bad.

Other people drink alcohol to forget problems for a moment but I think drinking also cause a problem.

As with everything else in life, all is OK in moderation

So if i am not wrong you trying to tell that its not a big deal to drink in this modern culture.... But dont you feel that drinking causes a lot of problems...
Drinking alcohol is definitely not good for your body. Causes of many diseases. Many drunks cause unfortunate consequences. But actually the cup of wine is very helpful for their work, fun, party, wedding indispensable wine glasses happy.

Drinking everyday definitely isn't good for your health.
Drinking sometimes with friends partying isn't bad, but drinking alone is a big no no.

I would suggest you to try visiting gym to kill all negative emotions during a day - it really helps. Just try to do it at least 2 or times a week and you won't regret  Wink

Drinking alone is the best. If you drink alcohol in groups, then there is a trend to consume more liquor. This in turn can be detrimental to your health. But if it is limited to once in a while, then I don't think that there should be any problem.
