That may be true. But what I said stands. It is difficult to control the quantity of your liquor intake, if you are drinking in a group. Drinking alone is not that bad, if you can limit yourself to one or two drinks a day.

Drinking alcohol can be bad for the body, but drinking alcohol is not a problem if it is done only occasionally, do not drink alcohol too often because it is not good for the body. In essence, the adverse effects of drinking alcohol will be felt when we drink it too often and too much.

Yes, the degree of alcohol tolerance varies from one person to another.  Although it is quite good to drink with friends or a group but be sure that there would be no criminality involves after.  Like a rape case for example, a girl here had a drinking spree with her friends who were all male.  After they were too drunk, this girl was raped.  I actually do not felt any mercy with the girl because it is her choice.  She already knows what will happened because it happened sometimes.

Studies have shown that some alcohol types have some great health benefits if it is drunk moderately, when abused its effects are in the long term deadly to the human and the same goes for every good thing, when its done for a long time and abused it never ends well at all.

Of course drinking damages your health , It has detrimental effect on your liver and other viscuses. It does't give you chill. On the contrary, drinking numbs your body system.

Unlike the popular narrative and the negativity attached to alcohol. Alcohol is known to be very good for the heart. To the large extent, moderate consumption of alcohol relief stress and depression and bring about increased social integration! A pint of beer after a hard day job will be just fine.

I have a friend, when she was drinking much alcohol she become wild, and sometimes i fell she want trouble, really bad for her. We need alcohol in our body, but not too much, so do not abuse it, just drink enough.

Well it depends on the person drinking. There are instances that those who drink alone are depress, stress or engaged into something bad and that could have a negative impact on to you not only mentally but also emotionally and physically. But, not to generalize there are also people who love to drink alone to avoid crowded and loud place. Also, drinking with friends is not bad since it boost your socializing skills and somehow your self esteem.

Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?

If you talk about drinking beer, some of studies says that drinking beer have a positive effects in your body.
Well ofcourse as what some people say too much beer will definitely harm yourself. And regards to your father, maybe your father have a proper excercise that is why he has a good health even he drink so many years.

Not consuming liquor is better than consuming it, because consuming liquor more negative effects, especially on our health going forward. I feel the effect myself. My health decreased because many consuming liquor, especially on my kidney health. Drink, my kidney health improved, my body is also more fresh and vibrant.

Recently, we have a case of a super drunk person that just laid down in front of our house and just slept there, he is really freaking out, we called the police in our neighborhood and check who he is and what not. It seems that he is just really drunk, the police officer tried waking him up but it didn't turn out well because he's not waking up or something, that is one of the real world cases that are caused by alcohol. That's not good.

You should be fine. You have your father's ability to handle alcohol, but always remember that moderation is the best way to go. Don't dronk simply for the case of getting drunk.

The impact of negative and positive alcoholic beverages.
Negatives when we drink most will make us unable to control the circumstances around, headache, nausea stomach. When drinking a bit will make our body warm in cold atmosphere and increase libido.
The long term effect of alcohol is very dangerous, Liver and Kidney problems, and sometimes, when one get too drunk they start to misbehave, this sometimes cause others to lose respect for the drunk fellow, and most drunks engage in fights most of the time.

Alcohol, indeed, with prolonged and excessive use destroys the body, it literally burns from the inside. But drunken people not only get into fights, but can go behind the wheel of a car and create a dangerous accident.
