Drinking alcohol is not bad for our health. Drinking occasionally could add a few years to your life and reduce the risk of death. Only little amounts, preferably during meals, this appears to be the right way to drink alcohol. Because drinking too much,can cause people in a bad way. But it can also reduce self-consciousness and shyness, making it easier for people to act without inhibition or without thinking what's he/she gonna do before doing things. At the same time, it can make people do things that they end up regretting. But in the other side, alcohol is Good to our health if we drink it correctly but not too much.

If are you able to control itself in the acceptance of alcoholic beverages, then why and not to have a drink a bit alcoholic? It in any way will not be reflected on a health. But if to use an alcohol in great numbers and constantly, then there can be problems with a health.

I think somehow drinking helps a lot when you talk about stress relief. It's really good to have a drink after a days work. But besides from relieving stress and socializing, I don't see any other benefits from drinking. Drinking is really bad for the health, it ruins your liver and also it affects your mental health. It can also be addicting.

It's effects vary from one person to another. Perhaps with more exposure to alcohol drinking you'll get used to it and you may even enjoy the tipsy feeling it brings. I think its better that you stay that way and avoid getting used to it

Yes. Maybe your dad is a responsible and moderate drinker so that is why he is still healthy. It okay to drink as long as you consumes healthy food and do regular exercises.

based on studies, two bottles of beer a day won't hurt. But don't get it wrong. Doesn't mean that if you did not drink for five days then you got 10 bottles to drop over the weekend. As a heavy drinker myself, id hope that is the case but it ain't. Moderation is the key.
