I don't it has any good effect but only leaves the person with Negative effects.

Just wanted to know whether drinking is good or bad for our health...first of all i drink every weekend because i feel refreshed after a heavy week of work..  After i drink i take a lot of food and have a nice sleep....I do not have any kind of headache or anything after drinking but will it affect me in the future.... My dad almost drinks everyday right from his childhood may b at the age of 18 but my dad is healthy and strong even after drinking so many years... Thanks to god for that....... Any way,  When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?

Drinking is actually designed to mess with our body. It is a concoction of chemicals designed to make us feel warm to incite a heavy dose of headaches that makes us sleep heavy or to just loosen us up a little by inhibiting our brain as we are drunk.

absence of alcohol in our body is bad for our health as well as too much alcohol. absence of something can cause harm but the same as too much so if i were you. make it just right. intaking moderate amount of alcohol would be better.

I don't think that even moderate consumption of alcohol has any positive effect on the body. Any type of alcohol is bad, irrespective of the amount you consume. And don't claim that diabetes can be cured or treated with alcohol. In fact, alcohol is listed as one of the main causes of diabetes among the middle-aged and the youth.

Unfortunately, this is the worst part. Apart from destroying the drunkard, it destroys his entire family. And most of the times, it is the children who suffer. I know a few such instances. My housemaid is from Darjeeling. Her parents were alcoholic, and they disowned her when she was just 6 years old. Fortunately, her grandmother gave her refuge. Else she would have been dead in a matter of days. I know several such cases. It is just horrible.

For me its totally not good for the health,
aside of destroying your kidney , you used your money with that drink, maybe it makes you happy temporary , for the meantime, but time goes by you will see the result it will affect your health, you will spend more money treating your kidney.
