I want to develop a faucet script which supports multiple providers, like Faucetbox, ePay, Xapo, etc.
Before I even start, I have three questions for you:
- Do you think this is a good idea?
- What payment providers would like to see implemented by default? Obviously I will try to make it modular, so you guys could add providers yourselves.
- Would you mind to pay a small fee ~1% at every claim to me? With an opt-out possibility (in case you don't support me
)

- Yes, it's a good idea. The more alternative faucet scripts can people use, the better.
- Add all of them
- Regarding that "donation" option.
From my ~10 year coding experience, you wont even make money for a coffee.
I wouldn't depend on donations if I were you.
Best thing you can do is sell your script with a license.
You could make a forum where you can add ads for extra income.
Wish I could give you more suggestions, but I'm keeping those for the script I'll be making in the future.
What you want to do is:
a) Offer something that people will like for its functionality, not its beauty.
b) Keep the price low, so everyone can afford to buy it.
c) Have a good support. This matters more than anything else. Have a private section in your forum where you can assist everyone who bought your script.
