Please let me know, I would be interested in blackjack, craps, roulette, and poker.
Thanks
A dice game that looks decent and calls its numbers from random.org (through get requests?) would be ideal and it is super easy to make.
Of course it needs to be made to be used with bitocind (and similar coins).
If this is a cinch for you then let me know.

Thanks

Good thinking WiseOldOwl - buying code/sites! That'd save a lot of time and efforts figuring the puzzle out.

If anyone would be interested in selling me their dice code/site (after WiseOldOwl get his first pick) I'd be open to negotiations and offers as well! I'm looking for something similar to S.Dice/BTCDice.

Kinda a thread hijack but its cool.
Im surprised, a dice game is really easy I thought someone here would whip this up over lunch break or something. Shoot i created one already and I have limited skills. I just would like something a bit more professional.
So nobody?

I have a chain game script that I can sell to you for 5 BTC.

I can also code up something provably fair for you - PM for a quote (3-4 digits in USD).

Pretty good deal if you're interested, especially if you can change the design up a bit and make it fresh.

I should note that I am going to implement this for altcoins, it shouldnt be any different really.
Thank You, I appreciate this offer! I am looking into a bit more traditional games. Although I am going to look into this game and how it works. Im definitely not saying no, but rather a maybe. thanks.

For a craps game with light graphics and coded to run with btc, I wouldn't expect to pay very much.
Maybe between 1 and 5 btc?

* There is like a ton of free craps code out there. Just find a good random # gen service, and make a few changes.

I just want someone who knows this stuff to do it because I will assuredly overlook something obvious

Yah, and you can resell with your creatively modified version and profit on that too.

Try looking up how much quality development costs.

(And try not to break open source licenses along the way)

I saw full blown commercial grade stuff for between 600 and 1500, thats with really nice graphics, sound, admin, etc.
Remember we are talking craps. The most common introductory coding project probably ever.
Pretty much someone could of made a few hundred extra tonight.

Provably fairness and double spend detection do not come out of nowhere.

And why not find someone to do it then? Or can't you find someone who's willing to do that for 1-5 btc? Roll Eyes

You're not really going to find someone who knows about how to work with bitcoin properly on fiverr or odesk. I've worked with those types of developers before.

Check out minilottomayhem.com. We launched last week. Still gearing up on marketing; I think it could be big.

We weren't thinking about selling, but we got an offer out of the blue. It wasn't the right offer for us right now. But it made us think about the possibility more, so we're open to talking if anyone is seriously interested.

I am using bitcoin, so double spend is a non issue.... Just run a script to check the confirmations...
Provably fair just means a few more of these SHA1($etc etc) or MD5(etc_etc).

Im just tired of programmers thinking their worth so much... If they are why are there so many.\
The same reason I wouldnt pay a mechanic their $90/hr. is the same reason i wouldnt pay a coder that. They just simply are not that valuable. There are way to many, and there is someone out there willing to work to earn. not just sit back do 6 hours of code and charge them for 30 at the end of the week.
I can almost guarantee that i will have this coded myself before anyone just even gives me a price. (ive yet to even get a quote even if it is 100k)

Seems like a really simple design and a decent idea.

Well from researching slovenia,

I found this

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BTC_City

Thought that was cool

TradeFortress, I really dont care anymore, continue to pay too much for service and Ill continue to hunt for a "hungry" ambitious coder.

I was thinking too,

Even at 50 an hour 5 bitcoins is 10 hours of coding. Anyone charging that much should be able to make a dice game in 10 HOURS.
