I need 300 bucks in PAYPAL, to make a purchase for some games. I won't be giving the passwords to log in and purchase for me.
My PAYPAL account is not confirmed 100% but in progress to.

I'm looking to for the best offers.

Leave here.

PM'd offer, waiting for response.

I offered a respectable 11% on the condition we do a small trade first .03 BTC. I got a "Nice try".

My gut instinct says this guy isn't legit, just my 2 pence.

He asked to me to send first without any kind of middle man, saying that I'm a noob when he never done deal without sending first, everyone is tryng to scam at least 30$ as I see on my messeges.

NICE TRY! 2x!

Yeah... because I have done over a thousand dollars in trades and I've been here for 4 years with the same PayPal address and BTC address -- I clearly want to scam you for .03 lol.... I never said I wouldn't do escrow, you just immediately shot my offer down.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)
