I MAY have an answer to the PayPal problem

Hi all, I've been watching the progress of BC for the last month or so.
I, like many have found it hard to get them in the UK without jumping through the banking hoops.
Luckily someone trusted me enough to sell via PayPal..

Anyway.. I know the guy who owns netcash.is..
This site is dormant at the moment because a dispute with the directors.
Would this be a viable option for people if I contact him about it?
