0.15 BTC seemed a fair price until I looked at the pic of the phone put up by OP. The phone seems to have a lot of scratches at the back. Reading the thread I found out that people are getting the Samsung Galaxy tab 4 for 90$'s?  thats dirt cheap.

Specs are already  not good as the new released tablets these days. Your only have 1.5gb ram unlike others which has 3gb and has 32gd internal at low price.
