Take the major categories of life (like job, spirituality, finances, friends, etc.) and break them down one by one, asking yourself:
Where am I in life? (present)
How did I get where I’m at? (past)
Where do I want to go from here? (future)
What do I enjoy the most in my life?
What mistakes do I not want to repeat?
What are my priorities in life?
What do I want to learn or understand better?
What tools or advice will help me move forward to my goals?
