I withdrew my epayinfo balance 0.00010050 BTC to my bitcoin address on 25th of February 2017 and I saw it on epayinfo payout history. The date is 2017/2/28. It is also mentioned at epayinfo total paid balance. My balance was also deducted 0.00010050 BTC. But, I don't receive it on my bitcoin address until now. This is the detail:

(please change dot with . to open it, I avoid live link)

I saw unconfirmed status when I open it. When I will receive the balance? It is my first time withdraw balance from epayinfo. I already contacted epayinfo email, but I still don't get reply.

May I know where I can find their official thread? Are you giving big fee when you withdraw the money?

Click here to  view epay.info ANN Thread. Maybe it's just because network is congested, that's why the transaction is still unconfirmed (just a thought). It's been a long time the last time I sent a transaction from epay.info and as far as I remember it doesn't took so long to confirm.

I think ePay has nothing to do with it. Your transaction is stuck on blockchain and still unconfirmed. This could help you https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
