Poker is probably the only game that skill will give you an edge but either way it's still gambling. Try playing video games for rewards if you really are skilled at them then you don't have to worry about stupid petty little card games.

Oh, I didn't mean actual skill. What I meant was games that give you the illusion of being based on skill, or give you the illusion that it was your own fault that you lost. For example, playing Satoshimines gives you the illusion of being your own fault if you don't cash out but pick too many squares. Bustabit does the same when you can always cash out and it's your own fault for waiting too long.

Obviously both of those games are based on luck and whatever multiplier/mine position the server chooses.

Sorry if that wasn't clear - English isn't my primary language.

Bustabit is skill based game not sure about the satoshimines though. I'm currently playing bitcoinspinner which is skill based. There are many sites just find something that interests you. Good luck

Yeah, I'm sure there are many sites out there but I'm looking for suggestions. I've gone through many sites but most just offer the simplest stuff, dice and roulette etc. I'm hoping to find something a bit more fun than that. I'm currently looking into Bitcoinspinner that you mentioned - how do you suppose it's "skill-based" like Bustabit? It seems random to roll the wheel, even if you get to pick the strength.

I've made 10mbtc from $1 which is 1mbtc it's fun as every 4-5 spin I'm winning by making double I started playing them when they were doing promotion and providing 2mbtc free to play.

Oh, I'm sure it can be fun and all but I'm just saying that it's not "skill", or at least don't feel like it, compared to Bustabit and Satoshimines. I might try them out a bit, we'll see. Thanks!

Can you please explain the "skill" part of this game and based on what kind of "skill" decision would I have an advantage towards my oponents?

Unfortunately I hate sports. I even tried watching e-sports and betting on them but it grew old fast. The games I'm looking for doesn't have to be advanced or anything (I mean, Satoshimines and Bustabit are simple as hell), but they do have to look clean and be easy to get into.

Dragons.tl doesn't really fit that description, with a slow website, ugly design and really not much information about it at all. Doesn't fit my "requirements" unfortunately. It also sounds like it's an included miner in the "game". So yeah...

I really do appreciate the suggestion though!

The skill is about being smart and playing the best strategy. You choose two variables: the bet amount ant the multiplier. This gives you a FACTOR. At the end of the round, bets are paid starting from the higher to the lower FACTOR. If the POT is not enough to pay a bet, the bet loses and the process skips to the next bet.

You only know the total pot and the amount of all bets, but you don't know the multiplier and the factor. So basically, you have to guess what the other players have chosen and play your strategy. It is a game of skill, because there is no luck, no random numbers involved.

Sounds to me like that's pretty close to the definition of luck.

Choose the amount amount and multiplier is exactly what I do when playing roulette (multiplier 2 to 36x). And this is called luck game and has nothing to do with skill!

How exactly do I interact with the other players involved?

Um, is there a strategy how I can analyse what bet amount and multiplier my opponents have chosen?

If not, then this is a pure luck game, like nu1mlock has already detected.

Hello,

I'm wondering if there are any websites where I can bet on "skill" based games? What I mean is for example the games over at satoshimines.com and bustabit.com. Obviously they're luck based, but they feel like skill - or rather, my own fault for losing (it's still luck, but they feel that way).

Heck, pure skill games (if there are any of those) would be even better of course.

I'm not looking for rolling dice or similar.

Thank you!

Edit: I should mention that I'm not looking for poker games or other card games. Reason being that I either suck at them (I would probably have bigger chance of winning when rolling dice at 2% chance to win) or don't know how to play at all. I haven't been interested in playing cards the last 30 years of my life and I'm most likely not going to start enjoying them now - even though poker might have a higher chance of winning compared to other games.

maybe you can trying to play sports betting, in sports betting, you need to have knowledge and skills to analyze each of teams and you need to calculate the chances you can win. i think poker is need skills too like sports betting because in poker you need to combine the cards and compile the cards so you can win the games.

Well, I don't like sports so I would never be able to properly bet on sports. I do play PC games though, so some of those could be interesting. But I've already tried (and am currently) betting on e-sports. It's not that interesting, so I got bored of it quickly. Besides, if I would bet on sports, I can just use my bank account. The whole point of playing BTC games is for fun while still being able to earn some money if I'm lucky.

It's absolutely pointless and it's a waste of time in trying to explain where you're wrong and misinformed.
Huh

In no way shape or form is the 27% RB offered on a WPN skin even close to the 53 - 83% RB offered at BetcoinRakeback.com, even if Betcoin's rake in some games is slightly higher.
Correct! As you charge a prodigious rake, your similiar rakeback offer compared to WPN skins is worse.

Lol at referring me as Betcoin.  That's funny.

In this case I guess sports betting is the best choice for you. Directbet.eu is now the most popular sports betting site, so you should try it. I think this involves skills, because at least these are some real games with real people in real teams you can find information about. At least this should look like a skill game, because there is some material to analyze which might help you win. Good luck!
Edit: I've seen now that you say you don't like sports betting... Then I guess there are no games left...

Are there really no fun games where you can win (and lose of course) Bitcoin that aren't card games or sports betting or slot machines? Except for Satoshimines, Bustabit and the games over at Bitsler? There has to be some more?

The reason why they don't have those types of "skill" games is because it would be very easy to cheat.

For example say a Casino came out with a Chess type of game. How does the casino know you aren't using a bot to cheat. Since there are simulation bots for casinos.

Skill based games usually need to be done and played in person to prevent this from happening.

Sure, but what about simply fun games that aren't sport betting or cards? Something where you can gamble and have fun playing at the same time.

Chess with bitcoin is good but the main problem is that we do not know whether our opponent is a real player (human) or just a bot. Pure skill based game is kinda hard to find but I think there was a site where we can play a basketball game (throw balls into the basket). Not really remember the name of the site and I dont know whether the site is still alive or not.

I don't know much about skill base game but just poker or sports betting ones, I usually play gambling base on luck most of the time, but I think that most gambling games was really base on luck, well it is just a coincidental win on most betting games that is why I am not sure what kind of sites I might suggest for you but try nitrogensports.eu a sports betting site where you can bet on your favorite team on NBA, favorite player on tennis and much more but the thing that I am fond in this site is the betting for DOTA 2 and League of Legends games!

Their are many skill based gambling game , The most famous one is the poker , chess and I am considering sports betting as skill based game because you need a skill their to pick or to investigate the team you are betting for. Their are many websites here that has the games that is mentioned , other replys stated their gambling sites.
