yes thank you for the info i saw it also couple  of hours ago.... i want to mention at the last lines this:

" It is possible that, on investigation of your claims as provided in the Bankruptcy Act of Japan, your claims may not be approved. "

WHAT THE F@@CK is that?Huh Means that ok i have for example 200 BTC and by the time it's time to get something back if they decide i will take nothing?Huh??

Its saying that you need to prove that you are a creditor.  Japan likes to state the obvious like that. Nothing to cause great alarm, its exactly the same as any bankruptcy or debt situation.

thanks for prompt reply....

Now let me ask something.....Brock Pierce with SaveGox.com as i read before 2 days said is on the way for rehabilitate MtGox.com and you can read here: http://www.coindesk.com/brock-pierce-bitcoin-foundation-will-not-step-down/

Is the update we read on MtGox.com a refusing answer on rehabilitate or just something that had to be announced and savegox.com efforts have still time to make it happen?

I personally have no idea but as the savegox thing has only applied to usa court I would assume that Japan is ignoring it for now. No idea why they bothered going to the usa court really, seems a bit pointless seeing as gox is based in Japan and they Japanese court has all the power.

I think it very well could be a response while under gag order. In the middle of this announcement were two new thoughts, both essentially saying the same thing, depending on whether you consider Bitcoin "lent" to another entity a "debt owed", or an "asset possessed".

Quote
(6)
(i) Persons owing debts to the bankrupt entity are not to repay such debts to the bankrupt entity.
(ii) Persons possessing assets of the bankrupt entity are not to deliver such assets to the bankrupt entity.

Fun fun!

so let us sell YOUR BTC and pay anyone WE WANT....

They must f@cking playing with us.....

We need a solution and we need it fast i think.... What about a bomb?? hahaha

Legal options:
  • "The bitcoins have been stolen" - notify the police.
  • "The bitcoins have been seized" - file motion with court to have coins returned using innocent bystander defense.
  • "Bitcoin interprets negativity as damage and routes around it." - create a coin or decentralized asset based on the eventual return of some or all of the bitcoins.

It's been a while since the Decker and Wattenhofer paper.

What is the current excuse as to where the coins are?

I haven't heard an explanation that is even remotely plausible. But I must admit I'm not perfectly up to date. What is the official explanation? If none has been published by now, isn't that a rather straight admission of guilt by Karpelès and co?

Yes, and the deadline for Q3 is a complete joke. First, bankruptcy protection to feed nothing more than the pockets of lawyers, spread hopium to victims and obfuscate the situation even more. Then final bankruptcy with no real follow-up.

"This email address(mtgox_trustee@noandt.com)is used only for the purpose of sending messages, and we are unable to check and respond to any replies to this email address."

Translation: we will not get our hands dirty helping creditors with legitimate claims as we just want to earn our fees with as little effort as possible.

Of course, if it's a lawyer, why should they work for free actually helping people? Best to just get paid without working....

Bankruptcy claims under a bankruptcy procedure will be fixed through filing of claims and the investigation procedure. The method for filing claims will be published on this site as soon as we are in a situation to announce it.
