seem that someone wants to gox the victims for second time Smiley

For me they want you to give all those details ( that will probably asked by the proof of claims ) and after that will try to claim those for them ! NOT FOR YOU Smiley

SCAM in my opinion 1000%

That is the address on Google Maps : )

so may i please ask someone can help me and send me the first posts that MtGox.com gave to the public... if you enter www.mtgox.gr at the welcome page i have one there to undestand what i ask. If i remember correct those where 3-4 posts. so if anyone has those PLEASE reply here.

I do believe that they are trying to erase something that could help us realize what is going on.

A member here told me that is not strange not to see the page of MtGox.com from internet archive BUT i checked other sites on same period and are working just fine! So it's only MtGox.com that is not showing the page for that period ( end of 2013 and 2 months starting 2014.) you can check for yourself!!!

Put a random website on https://archive.org/web/ for January for example... and then put the MtGox.com website ....

Their crawler does not index the whole internet every day or week or month. Unless somebody submitted the link manually chances are, there will be gaps.

Edit: Have you tried to talk to: http://www.mtgoxprotest.com/ ? They might have some screenshots etc.

Any news?

After Kobayashi delayed the claim period for a freaking year, I think it's safe to say no :/
All your funds go to his pockets and you can safely turn off notifications to this thread coz there'll be no coin back for sure now methinks.

Not really that's only 2 websites out f many websites...it could just be chance that both have become inactive and have given up on Bitcoin since they have lost theirs...have you ever thought of that? I'm not saying something needs to be done but if someone offered you your btc back you could also sue the person for bribery which would get you more money than before.

i agree with you but when this "someone" is Mark for example and told to Kolin Burges: "Kolin stop posting and get your BTC back".... both would be happy.....

In my opinion we should gather together and hire a Private Investigator.

What's your opinion?

Careful with jokes... Ross Ulbricht is in deep trouble for allegedly trying to do that.

When will they release that fucking claim form?

Haven't you heard the news???

(New Date)
Period for filing proofs of claims:     until May 29, 2015
Date for investigation of claims:       September 9, 2015 1:30pm

But this is the wrong question....

We have 2 cases here guys.

Case:1) Bankrupt MtGox Co., Ltd. Bankruptcy trustee Attorney-at-law Nobuaki Kobayashi is trying to give some time to Mark and cover as much as he can and in the meantime have a good time with our money and btc and at the end we get pennies back... (Remember the BMW that Mark arrived at MtGox building??? see here: http://www.mtgoxprotest.com/?p=378)

Case:2) Forensics are arriving at conclusions and will have news very soon..... So why having proof of claims when they have found all the BTC and can be open again?Huh

The Japanese government would probably like to clean up the Mt. Gox fiasco. They recently helped form the Japan Authority of Digital Asset (JADA) which will be "a bitcoin business-only group intended to establish standards and codes of conduct for its members." It has explicit government backing, and at least in Japan, should help prevent any future goxing.

Your option 2 is the one most consistent with the goal of Prime Minister Abe's ruling Liberal Democratic Party, which plans to expand direct foreign investment in Japan. How this mess gets handled from here on out will definitely make a difference in public perception as to how safe Japan is as an investment destination of choice. It would be far better to remember how gracefully the government dealt with it and demonstrated leadership by preventing competing factions from exploiting the situation, or else deflecting blame.
