Who ever launches an ICO those people who come up with the ICO produce a white paper a
ROAD MAP..

Now all you have to do by LAW so no one gets scammed is this..

The people holding the ICO only get paid half the money until the road map is complete ..
When they complete the road map only on completion they get the other half ..

Now if they don't complete the ROAD MAP they say their going to do then the other half goes back to the government and goes to HOSPITALS ..

So any country who holds an ICO if they fail to meet the terms of the ROAD MAP then they loose half the money ..
Plus can be done for fraud if road map not complete ..

Now why i say this because i can say i will make a rocket powered pair off boots with no intention of making them because i do not know how too..

So when people doing an ICO you will read the ROAD MAP and then decide if the project they talk about is worth putting your money into and the fact if they do not complete what they said they was going to do the government wins BUT most of all the people win anyways because the
money is going to HOSPITALS..

Plus people will wont make ROAD MAPS they know quite well they cannot do because they will get done for fraud and loose half the money they made..

And plus when doing an ICO if doing a big ICO for big money then a lawyer is needed to make sure your all above board because if your not then you will be sued ..

Thus the more ICO the more jobs for LAWYERS

China don't make that mistake by banning ICO just some simple laws needed to protect people..

I admire your dedication with the constant updates of the posts and allegiance to spreading insight. However, I don't think the current state of worldly affairs is one big conspiracy with what you hardheartedly believe. Originally it probably did span from the British empire into a veil known as America, to retain the continuity of the British name; and their empire. However, for it to stretch that far into today's proceedings is a little far fetched, but you are probably right.

They expanded to America for colonisation, around the industrial era. The industrial era allowed for more freedom of the people, whilst still retaining essentially the slave labour required for the sustainability of the bourgeois'. Then organised capitalism began to replace the feudal system. For people to get in that early, and continue its domination and perpetual involvement in today's age is something fucking absurd and almost remarkable to maintain that long streak of power.

Either way, I hope people retain the philosophy of what Bitcoin is and truly see the power it holds; not to just get rich, but to create an egalitarian society that benefits all and not a few.
