I've built a Bitcoin web-wallet for feature phones. It works on all XHTML Basic 1.1 compatible devices.

Here it is running on my feature phone:

Very, very nice!

How about a secure (SSL) site?
 - http://m.sarafu.net  [Edit: the mobile site itself is secured with SSL.]

Also, the domain is registered with privacy protection.  Who is the operator (i.e., you personally, or a company/LLC)?

And security of E-Wallet, ... are coins kept in cold storage with a hot wallet?

Wallet uses SSL.

I am the operator (Jonathan Waller / jonwaller.net). Incorporating now, but that's not finalized yet.

Everything is hot. Much as with Instawallet, you shouldn't dump tons of money in there, and I've added a warning to that effect.
If the server was hacked, that would be a disaster. I'm being very careful with encryption and backups.
