Ed has been out to California to spend some time with his daughter.
 
You should know that your spam-calling the office over 100 times  has consequences also.
 
You violated FCC regulations, and we filed a complaint through the FCC which states:
 
" You may be awarded $500 in damages or actual monetary loss, whichever is greater. The amount may be tripled if you are able to show that the caller violated the rules willfully and knowingly. Filing a complaint with the FCC does not prevent you from also bringing a suit in state court."
 
That dollar amount is PER CALL.
 
As it stands right now, you are subject to over $50,000 in penalties, which we will file for the "triple" amount and seek $150,000 in damages.
 
Furthermore, you contacted people connected to our president's Facebook social network, and called them on the telephone.
 
None of these people believed a thing you said, and all of them reported your  number as a harassing call.
 
They have also sent in a written complaint to the Facebook Legal Advisory board.
 
You have also made exaggerating posts on some BitCoin discussion board, claiming Mr. Trice gambled away the money.
 
First, the $14,000 "loss" were "chips" and not "money" played during a charity event before Superbowl XLVII, which was played on February 3, 2013.
How could this be your money?
 
Secondly, the poker leagues Mr. Trice plays in are not gambling. For a $25 annual fee, you get $10,000 in poker chips whenever you attend a hosted event.
There is no money exchanged, there are "points" awarded based on the number of participants, and players are ranked based on their scores.
 
I play in the same league as Mr. Trice, who is currently ranked 3rd out of over 200 players.
 
Mr. Trice is filing a defamation lawsuit against you for over $1,000,000 if the BitCoin posts are not removed by Monday.
 
He will win this one easily, so I suggest you take down the posts, stop harassing our office, and seek some peaceful remedy if you have a complaint.

I had a conversation with Papamoi in the BFL shoutbox while he was researching this liquidnitrogen company maybe a month and a half ago. He said they were able to get 1775 GH/second with just CPU power yadda yadda yadda.  I told him without a doubt this was IMPOSIBLE. That the company was lying to him and they did not even offer any bitcoin "type" mining boxes(anything with a AMD GPU at the very least) at that time.  He kept insisting that it was real. I told him the alternatives at the time like the fact that a BFL device would take 4-6 months +.  As he seemed to want to lay down a lot of cash I told him to try and get some Avalons from people willing to sell their first shipment boxes.

I honestly don't know what to say.  While I feel sorry for you, you were warned ahead of time that what they were offering was imposible.  Reading into your emails with them even further demonstrates that you, did not, do any research into what you were buying. Forget about all the overclocked cpu core bullshit.  A $150 AMD card does twice as much hashing power as a $1000 Tesla!

As for the Google stuff, this is just laughable.  10 minutes of internet searching could show that they do everything in-house and are very secretive about it.  

I hope you get your money back..but I don't think you will.  

Ultimately you were blinded by your greed.

thank you for your advice and concerns, i m working on trust,you can t do business if you don t trust, i have a contract mentionning refund if nothing is done.and i didn t had any doubt about the fairness of the contract that s why i did ordered it.

later on things  started to came out on his name etc but as said i had a contract and when you fraud you pay the consequences of it

dykast you were not the only one whom he consulted here before going through with buying a very expensive custom server.
I tried to talk him out of it (we spoke mostly in PM on this forums) last month, but it seems it did not work.

I did try to tell him it would not be possible, they were exaggerating what they could do, they would end up disappointing him and it would be a mistake to trust them. They at best would be providing a relatively low hashing CPU / GPU mining Rig, massively over priced for what it was and it would not achieve what you wanted without using 100's or maybe in 1000's of GPU's, something you were not going to get.

I spent many more emails, going over many FPGA chips you found information on and wanted to know more about. In the end I just tried to convince you were better of with buying an ASIC machine or two, offering suggestions whom to trust in that area and whom not too.

Papamoi, I'd like to feel sorry for you, but it seems multiple people did try to warn you. People in the Bitcoin community, who are miners, know the technology and understood what it can and can't do. You decided to trust and believe a single company whom never done such things before, with upfront payment. They told you alot of obvious lies (to many here anyway), getting worse as you go along, to ensure you paid and didn't try to back out too soon.

I hope you get your money back, but it appears this is not a legit company, that contract you keep quoting means almost nothing.
It will be hard to next to impossible without a lot of legal action on your behalf, which could easily eat away at any money you could get back.

yes we have discussed lot about it but as you see as i was half convinced(with him quoting google etc) i ve have the contract to mention the refund.

so as i said previuosly business is based on trust but it appears now that this guy have a big record of scams behind him:

he has cheated ex-employees,ex-partners,insurance,faking his website using photoshopped servers taken from others website.
he has been arrested twice and i hope he ll be third time as i m preparing to go legal this week.

he still keep on trying to make me believe that the servers exists (see his replies i ve got this yesterday with the threats).

i mean how can you believe that people can be at such level scam,this guy should be either in prison or either in psychiatric hospital.
