I am looking information about p2p cross-blockchain trading using consensus. Tutorials, examples, command line scripts or so.
Which cryptocurrencies have open source software to do it?

exchange, i mean, is:
* publication and reading list of orders (price and amount to make an transaction)
* making transition from selected orders with part or full amount of coins (in both blockchains)
* reading transaction information from blockchain for history and visualisation (traiding charts)
* automaticaly modify partialy traded orders (we have single order for 10 coins and after creating transaction for 4 coins this order must be converted to 6 coins or any other amount via user defined rules, for example keep amount while user balance within acceptable limits)
* automaticaly check and execute transactions for transfer coins

as i understand, https://github.com/ConsenSys/Project-Alchemy and https://github.com/ethereum/btcrelay is an instruments for making transaction and validation, but orders manipulation not?

Expected that orders will be published in blockchain of coins or different centralised place?

The last few years I hear about a p2p trading but I do not see any user friendly software
