Pardon my ignorance but for Dcred at supernova, you have an alias in the wallet address, is that how you are supposed to do it? Could that be the reason its failing for me? Im using a polonix DCR address.

Im using a polonix DCR address. Don't use your address. Set up a worker. Use: 'username.workername' Suprnova requires you to create a account with them. Then you have to register your Poloniex DCR address in suprnova website. I recall ocminer saying he can setup direct address mining if enough demand - not sure if that plan got done.

@ deadsix thanks to LoneRangir
I figured it out. A little more info on supernova setup a worker
your user name and a worker name
deadsix.test deadsix.test2
also take you polinex address for decred and go to settings put the address there and a pay out level say .5 dcr
the coins will go to polinex when you reach .5 dcr

As for DCR pools, I originally tried Suprnova but had a weird payout/account lock issue. The owner of that site eventually unlocked my account but by that time, I had switched over to decredpool.org and have been there since (about 3-4 weeks). For the most part, it's been pretty good. I really like their dashboard and other available stats, which seem to be a bit better than other pools. However, I have had a few issues where my results seem to slow to a crawl and have had to send a message to their support about it. I have not once seen an actual response from them but my account seems to get back to normal a while after sending the inquiry.
It's true that there is a long confirmation cycle for DCR. For instance, your Unconfirmed shares will start showing up within a few hours but when I started (with 12 GPUs pointed at DCR), I didn't get my first confirmed share until almost 24 hours after starting. This isn't a huge deal because it's only really noticeable at the beginning when you are accumulating unconfirmed shares. Still though, it's a notable difference from most other coins I have mined.
I have been considering trying another pool or going back to Suprnova because of that issue that seems to pop up every week or so. This has caused my results to be around 15% worse than the mining calculators say. Now that DCR is over $15, that adds up pretty quick. I'm glad that another poster here mentioned coinmine.pl for DCR because I've been using that for Dash mining for almost a month and it has been flawless... getting almost exactly what the mining calcs say... although, I realize that could be at least partially because of the extreme efficiency of the Baikal Mini I am using. Still, I think I will change over as soon as I reach my next payout of 5 DCR on decredoool.org.

I found the sweet spot on rx 470/480 cards. 4 card rig and it should be consuming under 600 watts. Only using 12 watts at the gpu more than ETH only.

i wound up with 100% rejects on nicehash when i specified -decri values. i deleted that setting (no -decri on command line) and shares started being accepted again.
kinda odd as before it dual mined dec with a -decri 60 setting no problem.
the correct syntax is "-dcri" not "-decri".... i had it right in the .bat, just not in the post when mining 1st starts it seems to get a lot rejects but then after a bit it settles down and shares get accepted.

I calculated this morning that about a -dcri of 55 has the highest profitability of both eth+dcr (default eth intensity). Now is anyone mining only DCR with a DCR miner? which miner?
EDIT: calculated 45 as optimal later in the day with a different rig

Depends I can do -ethi 16. And -dcri 80 Which is max max. But I reduced all my four card rigs to two gpus. To get ready for newer. gpus and to prep for my summer rate change. You also need better CPU to do it. If I can do this for two weeks I would be pleased. I lose about 75mh from eth and get about 12000 for decred on 16 80 = max max
