I could use a little help here?
New to all this, just started learning and was away since 3/31.
Came in tonight and found my Instawallet all locked up.

Where do I get another bitcoin wallet?

I am assuming that is what I need in order to make a claim at Instawallet
and get refunded.

I don't know where to go now.

Blockchain.info is a popular choice for web wallets. Be sure to use a very strong password. You may want to look into running a client on your computer to avoid similar issues occurring down the line. Electrum is pretty easy software to master.

Keep clam & hodl on

I use Blockchain.info.
It's a great service and the security seems tight.
They also have a great mobile App. Smiley
