Unconfirmed BTC in Electrum - more than 18 hours now

Not sure what is going wrong ?
Wondering if BTC from electrum is OK
Have used Electrum in past without any issue

Used default fee settings without any change in past and it was fine
Scratching my head as in past this has never been a issue , have used standard mining fees

Transaction is still unconfirmed ,been 18 hours long now

Any help, appreciated ?

Yeah try the accelerator which may help if the fee was too low. Are you using Dynamic Fees? If not, I highly recommend you use it so it can estimate appropriate fees.
