How withdraw with bter ? You have chine passport ?
According to the local policy, we need to verifiy your identity (passport) at here
do not need to be chinese. you can verify your account with passport, id card or driving license, and all withdraws works, except btc and ltc. |

Oh, thank you, you calmed me. Yes, I'm trying to create a ticket. But the support page does not work yet. I also deposited around 500K xcn to BTER, and the explorer says my balance is 0. So what lol? Exchanges always use cold wallets for storing funds. I can easily withdraw my XCN any time I want. Nothing to worry about here  |

everything is not fine at bter ...... they cant even email me back about stolen coins ....they replied once and ive been on edge waiting for another reply regarding it ... still waiting . yeah had 550k xcn taken ..... i was not hacked ..... my computers security is good .....i belive it was bter themselves who stole my shit .... some scammy bter employee etc .. who fking knows least they could do is email me back though and they fail to do that after 4 days ....also have you read the bter chat ? lot of unhappy peeps there ..... i wouldnt fking give my passport photos and more details of my identity to such shadey fkers!!!!! good luck with em , cant wait for a new exchange , im basically out of the xcn game till then cause FUCK USING BTER . Mind you if all this gets resolved id take hat back as i never had issues till now but this sure is some issue and fuck it would be nice to hear back from them at least , peace |

your point is taken ..... george .. but theres rly no excuse for such a dely in a simple response from them . as i said.. who knows what happened . but ive had no issues with anythign else and the problem does appear to be on thier end ... no reply from them as well what am i left to think . would you use it again if it happened to you and tou couldnt even get a reply ? i doubt it ^^ there something not right about the whole thing .

Hi guys, any news on the snapshot,
weeks past, no bt38, or any other news to be happy about, besides you fixing all for us pallas,
and thie pump on bter gives sense a bit, to be able to transfer to bt38 and them not having to get the dumped xcn's.
prices should be a bit equal. still no new miners, and or new pools?

Cryptopia looks like a good option for an exchange. They just listed Noble when to
got a delisted from Polo. They also operate mining pools. Looks pretty legit and company details
etc check out. Good selection of coins and some extra features on the site marketplace etc.

The wallets created with the old client are compatible with the new one. Bdb version is even the same. If it's corrupted, that's another thing altogether.
About BTC38, again, I'm in contact with them and the solution to their problem is a full blockchain. Here is why I'm building one :-)
