Some people is worried about the btc38 cold wallet reporting too many coins, compared to the total supply.
It can be a bug of the explorer: we had to modify it to allow working with an incomplete blockchain (we didn't have the full one, back then); it is possible that it's missing some transactions.
I will look into it ASAP.

Guys, I got the official twitter credentials from Bitfreak.
I know that gawlea offered to do the task (of keeping a twitter account updated); I'm ok with it, if you all agree I can pass the credentials to him.

http://www.btc38.com/news/2017/5/14105.html
Disclaimer: This article from the currency competition team, has nothing to do with the age of bits is only used to spread the news, do not represent the age of bits, the bit times does not constitute investment advice, currency speculation risk, the investment need to be cautious!!

This article from the currency competition team,
This article is made of? BTC38 has been a new wallet is not recognized, because the new wallet does not show the history of trading records, and as a reason not to open recharge and withdrawals. But this article has caused a large number of users to buy and get stuck. This is BTC38 or team manipulation XCN price, very obvious. And it's a despicable act!

There is nothing like that if I follow the link.

Looks like a "glitch". I've seen that on other exchanges in the past.

We discussed that a bit on slack and agreed I will keep the credentials. But I will gladly publish or retweet your content as I'm not very proficient in that field.

We should hear from the Chinese speaking people of this thread to evaluate the quality.

Wouldn't be surprised if that exchange has been zahlungsunfähig for years.

I worked with poloniex months ago, then they opened their wallet for withdrawal only. Don't know why they stopped it now. I will write them again.
