Double spend transaction stuck since many days

Here is my transaction which is stuck since more than 3-4 days now

how can i get my funds from there

The transaction was dropped already by the network
"Transaction rejected by our node. Reason: Transaction was previously accepted but has been pruned from our database."
So as you said that it shows double spend more than 3 days then most probably the bitcoin you want to send was send back to your/the sending address.
