I've had this transaction pending for a few full days now (ID: 029441f23e8f26ed6583b2f348c21d935b2346e41e80e09b4e997826c5a84e58). No confirmations. I put it through an accelerator but it says the ID doesn't exist.

I know it's due to a low fee and I've changed my settings to Dynamic Fees with a 110% multiplier from now on so it doesn't happen again.

Any other way to speed it up or is simply waiting the only option.

Thanks everyone.
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Blocktrail says "not enough fee to relay" your transaction. It only has a fee of 0.00001127 BTC/KB

You can choose to either wait a few days for the network to forget about your transaction, try a double spend, or create a ‘child pays for parent’ transaction including a big fee.

These two links are to threads explaining how to do double spends.

The thread linked below explains how to do ‘child pays for parent’ transactions using a tool created by a bitcointalk staff member called achow101. However, you can only try one if you are the recipient of the change from your original transaction.

Thanks for the help.

This all seems a little confusing to me. The transaction has already been pending for a few days now and I'm in no need to spend it so I guess I can just wait a little while longer for it to be sent back. A Dynamic Fee with a 110% multiplier should do the trick on the next send, though.

How much more per kb am I really paying if I use Dynamic Fees and I max out the multiplier to say 150%?

It depends, for dynamic fees electrum guesses what the best fee to pay is based on how many unconfirmed transactions are in the Bitcoin network at any specific time. If the network is quiet electrum guesses a fairly low fee, and if the network's busy electrum guesses a fairly high fee.
