Why all the scammers seem to live in your countries?
Don't think he is from middle east,of course depends on what country you're located.From the previous posts,one can easily conclude he is from Vietnam.This dude doesn't have a history of scams at all,surprisingly his screen-shot above this post doesn't prove much.
This one has very low IQ, can be from anywhere.
In general I find the most of low IQ scammers to be from Pakistan and other muslim countries, that made me curious.
