Need help with GPU Rig - Paid tudor style

Probably a couple hours of work for someone with experience.

MSI z170a gaming m5 Mobo
DDr4 Ram
120 GB ssd
Celeron 3900 CPU
Currently 5 XFX RX 480 GTR Black Edition GPU (1 is non-functional - Last resort was flashing stock BIOS to no avail)
1x 16x risers
EVGA 1200w Platinum
Win 10
16.12.2 drivers

4 cards running stock 24.7 mhs (NiceHash)
300-310h ZEC


Goals for work:
Fix Non functioning GPU
Adding 2 additional GPUs (7 total)
OC/Undervolt
Help with Batch files on NiceHash

I just reached a breaking point. Been working on this thing 10hours a day for the past 2 weeks. Willing to pay someone to help me out with it. Just like college.
