I have trialled using GateHub for converting and trading BTC/Ripple etc...and have a few questions / issues.  Has anyone else had problems getting a response from them?  I've emailed   support@gatehub.net, but get nothing back apart from the automated response.  Is it just me?

Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.
