I"ve just pm with bioly and he explained to me very good, you can do the same    Basically you log to your lisk address with your passphrase and you choose "Forging" tab, and then "delegates" tab, then you select delegates you want to vote for and click "vote". The fee is 1 lisk. I am new at this like you and just start learning, hope I wont hook up on this  its cool

Thank you, will understand little later. Now good chance to buy more cheap Lisk.
