Graphic card for ETH, ETC, XMR

Having some spare money can buy a 2gb graphic card here in Pakistan, which one to go for?

Electricity is cheap here 0.09$ - 0.16$ per kWh

10-13 mh/s for ETh , ETc
Or 500 H/S for XMR?

you need at least a 4GB card to mine ETH, RX470 4GB is probably your best bet for thoses 3 algos

Can't it just work on 2gb?

For ETH, ETC 2Gb is not enough.
But with 2GB you can mine ZEC or ZCL. I think it's better for card with 2GB memory.
