Based on prices in your country I would go for RX 470. Difference between RX 470 and RX 480 (both 4gb) is minimal and not worth extra 50$. Now that is for ETH, Nvidia cards are better at mining Zcash but as you can see much more expensive and they are really better at that single one algorithm so I would avoid them.

Amd Vega cards will be here in March (at least that's what AMD promised) together with the line of Ryzen processors which leaked info has demonstrated that RX 1800 from AMD a 700 Euro processor can beat the 6930K extreme core i7 of Intel which costs more than double. So I would wait for the RX 490 video card as I am sure AMD would show us some good surprises in performance and also the price will maximum 400 USD, that card can mine many coins so worth the wait while you save a bit more money.

What you don't take into account is power consumption. RX 470 is much more power efficient than RX 480. Of course 1060 have best power efficiency but also lowest performance out of three (not taking Zcash into account)

Well if you must chose between that two, Andyson got Platinum certification and Raidmax got Gold. But just as BenCodie mentioned, you should really try to find Corsair or EVGA power supplies as they are one of the best in the market

Do you know how much the 470 does in dual mining Eth + Pasc and Eth + Decred? In hashes? I would expect about 28 Mhs Eth + 500 pascal, but I am nvidia guy so my AMD knowledge is bad Smiley

By Consair I guess you mean Corsair so they are the best but some coolermaster PSUs are good too (some). Since they are so expensive in your country I suggest you try to find server PSU and modify it to your needs. 1000-1200w PSUs can be found for abou 50$

Yeah considering that ethereum might not me mineable in the future, the rx 470 will probably never ROI. Although zcash price is also not looking that good.

Yeah but RX 470 is good at mining every altcloin so even when ETH go POS there will always be a new coin that rx 470 would be able to mine and even if mining becomes shit you can always sell it for good money since it's pretty new card

This is of course totally wrong. There is just too much AMD cards on the market and most of them are mining ethereum. Once it goes POS people will redirect mining to other coins and they will immediatelly become unprofitable. Only the people with lowest electricity cost or private miners will survive. All of the other miners will have to sell the cards.
