Your question is answered on the OP already. This quoted post below. It's clearly stated that if your tweets aren't posted by the time mentioned then you will not be paid. And its clear that you didn't follow the instructions made By OP.

If your tweets arent posted by 23:59 forum time sunday you will not be paid. If you wanna be a last minute fool, its gonna be your own fault you're not paid.

Nah, OP don't post an update yet of a transaction ID and be patient if you are on the list much better if you wait, this campaign always pay its participants
