新华社布鲁塞尔2月27日电（记者郑江华）欧盟理事会27日宣布对朝鲜实施新制裁措施，其中包括禁止部分金属产品交易和暂停科技合作。

根据欧盟理事会当天发布的声明，欧盟将限制与朝鲜进行煤炭、铁和铁矿石交易，禁止进口朝鲜的铜、镍、银、锌等。

新制裁措施还包括禁止向朝鲜出口新的直升机和船只。

值得注意的是，欧盟此次宣布新制裁，距朝鲜最近试射一枚中程弹道导弹仅仅半个月。据朝中社报道，朝鲜本月12日成功发射一枚地对地中远程战略弹道导弹。

欧盟理事会在声明中表示，这些对朝新制裁措施是对联合国安理会第2321号决议的落实。联合国安理会2016年11月30日一致通过的这一决议谴责朝鲜同年9月9日进行核试验，要求朝鲜放弃核武器和导弹计划，并决定对朝鲜实施新制裁措施。

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.
