28日，海关总署副署长邹志武在海关总署媒体见面会上表示，为促进跨境电商零售进口平稳发展，经批准，跨境电商零售进口监管措施调整的过渡期将延长至2017年12月31日。目前，国家主管部门正在积极研究过渡期结束后相关监管要求和政策，出台之前会向社会公布。
去年4月8日，我国对跨境电商零售进口商品实行了新税制。一个多月后的5月26日，财政部宣布对该新政（《跨境电子商务零售进口商品清单》)中规定的有关监管要求给予一年过渡期。
