Help! =)

I have 5 Cointerra Terraminer IV's and a few are all doing the same thing. Hashing at 1/2 of what they are supposed to. some CTA 0 and CTA 1 nre between 300 - 400  GH/s. 2 are hashing at full capacity on CTA 0 but CTA 1 just sits there. I am at a loss on what to do.

CTA1 Metrics   High   Low   Avg
Core Temp 1 (°C)   33.91   30.3   31.75
Core Temp 2 (°C)   36.88   30.79   33.50
Ambient Temp (°C)   37.5   36.75   37.12
Fan Speed (RPM)   1,728   1,671   1,700
Pump Speed (RPM)   0   0   0

in the logs I see it restart but never take any shares:

Any ideas? If I was hacked the temps would be high and it would be running. but the temps are low telling me that the issue is not that it is hacked rather CTA 1 just is not working, but why?

Thank you for any help,

-J

These devices had a very high failure rate with time and considering you're responding to a post that is almost 2 years old, I would say the answer is no. Mine died completely within a few months.

A common problem with these boards was the PCB warping from heat and cracking the runs internally on the board. Another thing to try is to unhook the cable running from the psu breakout board to the hashing board. It was a well known issue with some of the boards that they would not hash properly if the breakout board was supplying bad information. Also in the status page you can check the voltage going to each chip. I would verify there are no damaged chips as that would cause slow/no hashing issues.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.
