Does the 1060 pull off its full hashrate at 50% TDP too? If it does that is killer efficiency for ETH. Problem with getting into GPU purchasing for ETH specifically now is that it is going POS soon. It should do nicely on ZEC and PASC

It depends on the brand and model as each has slightly different core and memory stock clocks.  With EVGA 1060 SC 6gb they can go down to 72 watts each before they start losing hashrate:

The single most important number (hash rate) is not visible. Cheesy
Anyways, what is up with that huge fan, and the temp is still almost 80 c?

I have 5 amd 480's (and 1070s...), and even without any exterior cooling, temps never go past 73 c, often are in the mid 60s.
