Sorry for my bad english. I am from germany and do not often visit other countries.

What happened:
One day a few weeks ago my wife and I have checked the bank account of my son.
We saw that there was a lot of money missing, so we have asked him where the money is.
He told us that he has some real gambling problems and feels addicted.
Then he showed us his accounts on the sites "bitcasino.io".
He doesn't only have one account. He has three of them!
Starting in 2015 (back then he was still 15!) he was gambling almost every week.
Not only small amounts but also big amounts.
In just one accounts he lost more than 16 BTC which is a lot!
Since gambling isn't allowed for person underage, we have contacted the casino.
They've asked us to verify our identity.
So Ive send them 15 pictures.
-Picture of my ID (front; rear; a selfie, holding the ID)
-Picture of my wifes ID (front; rear; a selfie, holding the ID)
-Picture of my sons ID (front; rear; a selfie, holding the ID)
-Several address verifications (Bank statements, Insurance letters, even a picture of our mailbox i.f. of our house with the address on it)

After a long time they've told us that there were some deposits made using a few sites such as
-Coinify
-Anycoindirect
-Virwox
-Bitstamp

They've asked us for the email-adress/usernames of those accounts, but how should we know about these accounts.
After asking our son he told us that he bought the bitcoins from people online, paying high fees and using vouchers/giftcards such as paysafecard.
So he almost never bought these bitcoins by himself. Just one time he bought some from a dutch site called "bit4coin" back in 2015.

In addition to that he received some (vip) gifts from the casino and all of these where shipped to his address/name.

The casino never made a KYC-Verification!

The casino is already reported as a scam so I don't think you are going to have much luck. Are you trying to recover the funds lost because your son was underage when he started gambling? I doubt you can, first of all how can you prove it was him gambling and not you? Even if you can, that doesn't mean you are going to get your money back.

Here's where it gets interesting though:  an online casino actually told you the names of the sites "your son" bought his bitcoins from and sent to them 

I doubt that.  I'm also fairly certain that those 4 sites you mentioned all KYC or ask for some verification.

In conclusion, and if this story is true, I'm not sure what you want this casino to do. 

Refund the €120,000 "your son" lost over all the years 

I happen to enjoy this casino and see no fault on their end, even though Im fairly confident that none of this actually happened to being with

Actually this is a real story.
Keep in mind that the bitcoin prize is fluctuating.
If the bitcoin casino knows that there were deposits made, using the following sites....
Why don't they ask the sites for the names?!
They won't match any names from persons of my family....
In the mailbox of my son I've also found an receipt of him buying bitcoins from a site bit4coin. Those were also used for gambling.

In our modern world it's not hard for a teenager to bypass these KYC-Verifications....

I've never had anything to do with bitcoins before this desaster...

After thorough investigation and email exchange by our security team this case has been closed due to lack of response from the player.

There were several issues surrounding this case, the claim of underage gaming was suspiciously made a day after we were notified of self-affiliation.
We take responsible gambling extremely seriously and through extensive communication we were denied vital information multiple times that would have proved his claim.
Unfortunately, this case was not resolved in his favour, it simply wasn’t possible to.

Currently we’ve closed this case as we never received a reply with the requested information.
