Bitrefill can be used to add value to sim card using bitcoin, which is convenient. But why Hong Kong and Macau are currently not supported, while many other smaller islands countries are able to use this, what are the reasons behind?

That is strange to hear that Hong Kong is not listed in the supported countries in bitrefill. Hong Kong is a know developed country and they have advanced technology so I don't think that bitrefill will have any issue from the country side.
