Hi! did you signed the messages of your transaction? You have to do it before filling in the form. Check this option in your wallet.

I sent btcs (3 times) to the ICO address from my Electrum wallet, but for two of them I forget to sign the message. Do I need to contact ico@creativechain.org to verify my account?

If you were using the test net wallet, make sure to delete it as well as the data files from the former core. These are the file are the file paths for every operating system:

Win: \Users\youruser\AppData\Roaming\creativecoin

Mac: Users\Youruser/Library/Application Support/creativecoin

Linux: /home/username/.creativecoin



I first remove the older files, then the wallet works.

I am unable to install the wallet. It say, 'Incorrect or no genesis block found. Wrond directory network?'.

Could someone please help me install the creativechain wallet. Mine is windows 64 bit laptop. I have no knowledge in programming. I am not sure which file to install. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Which wallet are you using? I am using the QT wallet successfully on Windows 7 64 bit.  The QT wallet can be downloaded here: https://binaries.creativechain.net/1.0.0. Select "creativecoin-qt.win64.exe" for download.

Per the devs' instructions, you may have to open the debug window (Help -> Debug Window -> Console) and execute the addnode command (I did not need to do this).

The addnode command looks like this: addnode "151.80.145.34:10946" "add"

When I search for transactions on the block explorer for this address CXv5YXtJxaSJUBR2NvX6Y6bh3AvpiK7svh it says
