I got a vouch copy for this. And this indeed gets you a free sim card. You will however get it with 0 balance. Another thing to note is that this does not ship for free to the US. I tested a UK address and it did indeed have free shipping. So if you are unsure if it ships freely to your country, you can request the op to check if it will be free to your country. Otherwise it indeed does get you a free sim card. Also note, its not a hack or something.

For the persons requesting the same thing: The SIM CARD come with blank balance, you will receive the SIM CARD in order to receive CALLS / SMS / ETC (Good for verification purpose), as you can top up them too if you want so.
