I sent my bitcoin to the wallet address not the open and receive number.  Can I get them back?

Your question makes absolutely no sense.

If you mean you sent a transaction from an exchange to an address that wasn't yours then no you can not reverse that unless the transaction hasn't confirmed yet (you can find this by searching the address on a block explorer site such as blockchain.info).
