anyone ever encountered problems in poloniex delist Coin withdrawal ?

I have a few XDN coins in poloniex.
I tried to withdraw my coins in poloniex , but my withdrawal was delayed for more than 1 week.

I tried to enlist the support of poloniex also more than 1 week.
they say that it takes some time to syncron XDN wallet for coins in delist.
my question is, how long it usually takes time for syncron wallet XDN ?
I ask here because I sent a message to developers XDN no replies.

But now the same new problem arises.
My status withdrawal Awaiting Approval more than 48 hours.
Somehow it can be like that, I've sent a ticket to the admin but still waiting for replies.

Did not you receive email with the link to authorize your withdraw? If you received email as the link to authorize the withdraw and you have this status, it will be difficult to solve your problem since they take a long time to respond support ticket.

Yes, I accept the withdrawal authority via email from poloniex.
That's what I fear when I trade in the exchange  poloniex.
My friend also have a very long time to solve this kind of problem.
3 months has not resolved the problem faced the same as my current problem.
