I don't think one specific coin will pump in 2018. If anything pumps it will look more like the pumps in the end of December. So just buy a decent altcoin which you support and hold for the entire year.

My prediction about the majority of new altcoins will be increasing a lot. if you can and you must try to buy some of them all. That will actually same with the old history when a lot of icos are dropped to the market and then some months later they are all get a lot of increase due to the high interest from the investors.

I have few coins in my stash that I intend to keep on hodling through out 2018 NEM, XLM, TRX, Deep Onion and ofc the regular once btc, eth, ltc, vtc But of all these coins I have most belief in Deep Onion as I think privacy coins will dominate 2018. And Deep Onion is still young coin so I have big expectations for this one
