Mining mogul Jihan Wu single-handedly crashes the Bitcoin price by supporting BUcoin.

Dumb low IQ Roger Vermin and the rest of delusional BUcoiners celebrate that Antpool mined some BUcoin blocks. Just hours later, the price crashes into oblivion.

The Powers That Be failed to hack bitcoin, but they might as well kill it by good ol "divide and conquer".

Good job, Jihan, now you'll soon be emperor of a worthless token.

another very questionable topic from this user full of false information.
i am not getting in the middle of the BU vs Segwit shit but as far as price is concerned the FUD that people like you spread is causing the drop. whales dump then they spread FUD and idiots start selling afterwards. nothing to see here that is new.

--signature space for rent; sent PM--
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Right now nothing can be done as the segwit has gained around 30% support from the miners.

You're wrong

If non-Segwit blocks are not relayed at all, the 30% of miners that do make Segwit activating blocks becomes a larger proportion of the network automatically, as the non-Segwit miners effectively don't exist on the network, because they can't get their blocks on the chain.

Miners will soon either change their minds (some large pools like F2Pool have said they would support Segwit in the future anyway), or be put out of business mining nothing.

Problem solved. Let's do it, IMO

what UASF (realname HBS (hard bilateral split)) is offering is that nodes become political by rjecting blocks not based on rules. but based on which 'team' a block supports.

im laughing hard that even the "backward compatibility" promise is falling apart by actively blocking native blocks by blockstreamers.

three word: desperation to centralise

P.S
the exaggeration that antpool jihan is full on BU can be easily dismissed

as you can see even inside "antpool" there is still indecision either way. so stop scrapping the bottom of the barrel, looking for fake doomsdays just as a excuse to create a create doomsday by allowing blockstream lovers to bilaterally split the network rather than work WITH network consensus

Antpool still pumping out full blocks. So what did they do, mine a few BU blocks just to test that they would get rejected by current consensus network? Is the OP just trying to create FUD to create a few instant uninformed panic sellers?

Scaling and transaction rate: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=532.msg6306#msg6306
Do not allow demand to exceed capacity. Do not allow mempools to forget transactions. Relay all transactions. Eventually confirm all transactions.

Son, how stupid can you be?

~70% of the Miners are going with BTU or ignoring segwit altogether, they are not going to block BTU blocks, and BTU won't send out Large blocks until enough miners join them, see they are looking for consensus , Segwit is looking for domination, which is why segwit has failed.  Cheesy

 Cool

FYI:
Go ahead and try your proposal , I know you can't get shit done, but I can point and laugh at you while your pretend you matter in the least.  Cheesy

LOL read the code. learn it
native keys will still quadratic spam.. all segwit does is disarm the segwit priv/pubkey users that voluntarily move their funds to segwit keys from being able to quadratic/malleate.. but doesnt disarm the native key users.
segwit doesnt disarm the network. meaning soft or hard consensus or bilateral. segwit will never be able to achieve the quadratic/malleation fix promise

they cant even just switch off native key utility after activation either because there are millions of unspent outputs based on native keys and for segwit to even work would need to allow those native unspents to be spent.

segwits 'malicious bloat/doublespend fix' - empty gesture that wont work (requires 100% funds on segwit keys and only transacting to other segwit keys)
segwits '2.1mb boost' - empty gesture that get to that expectation (requires 100% funds on segwit keys and only transacting to other segwit keys)

all segwits ability does is move blockstream to being the centralised "upstream filters"

They are all brainless people who support BU, it is obvious that BU will crash the bitcoin's future and price. SW is the best solution and provides many super features.

BTU fixes the transactions issue, segwit lets LN steal the transaction fees from the Miners.

The only dumb one is segwit supporters that think the miners are going to give up their jobs, just because you are too stupid to grasp what is really happening.

prove it!
explain how it actually achieves fixing quadratic sigop spam 100%
explain how it actually achieves fixing malleated tx's 100%
explain how it actually achieves the 2.1x txcount boost

read passed the 30 second sales pitch script you have been handed and actually read the code/small print. you will start to see the holes in the promises
