if by crypto part of it you mean the cryptocurrencies in general, then i am not optimistic about them at all. because we are on a bad path, the path of copycats and zero development. and that has led to pump and dumps in altcoin scene. .

but specifically speaking about bitcoin. it is the best cryptocurrency we can have for the time being. and as we can see the price of it is rising, and this rise alone will bring more people in and lead to higher price rises in the future.

I am not the one who cares much about decentralization because I haven't got any convincing reason in its favor yet.
To me Bitcoin is my way to be rich.I am accumulating as many as I can and holding as long as it is possible for I know bitcoin price will be in millions dollar in next 10 years.

Going further, because it will retain value due to its scarcity, and because it is free for all to use, it has the potential to keep government and central bank financial shenanigans in check for those that need this protection most. Bitcoin will become much bigger. Much more people will use then nowadays. The price will grow even worthier then it already is.
And most important that more shops, bars etc will start to accept the Bitcoin as way to pay. Just like they did in Arnhem.

I am a user of bitcoins since 2014 December.
So if you ask me about being optimistic about them is quiet obvious.
I have see the growth of bitcoin exponentially so I know what potential it has.
The thing about bitcoins which I like the most and which I am most optimistic about is that it can be treated as a form of investment.
In the past few years ( since I have been using them)I have never seen  bitcoin's price falling as the way it rises.
What I mean to say is that it's cost has never fallen so badly as compared to the way it rises. I has risen in an exponential way.
Thus, making it a good form of investment.

This is a challenge to me to think of something like a catchy phrase. In this case I will also join and express my opinion on bitcoin in a literary form so I can express my heartfelt idea on what is bitcoin to me. I am not sure this would be good but I hope you will enjoy reading my and like my phrase.

"Bitcoin is an honest coin that will deliver us from corrupt banking system only to end up in another corrupt system due to greed. The only way to get out of this is to change our attitude, lets start a new, lets start with bitcoin."

Bitcoin was created at first to improve our lives to be a replacement to money on the internet and to make us feel free by controlling our own money, and that idea has been changing at first people were using bitcoin as a currency and now they are using it as type of investment nothing more.

With bitcoin, the monetary system that has been established decades ago will finally be replaced. "Everything must come to an end." is one of the famous lines that are actually true in real life. Bitcoin gives you the transparency that the government is so scared of. Bitcoin will free us from all the secrecy the government has been doing. And that's something literally every single one of us is waiting for. Although it will surely have its disadvantages, ultimately it will still be good for both ends - the government and the rest of the society.

Bitcoin will level the playing field by allowing the masses of previously unbanked to become their own bank. It will allow previously isolated individuals the opportunity to participate in a wider range and field of business, consumerism, entrepreneurship and commerce which will lead to new, yet undiscovered innovations and technologies beneficial to mankind. All this in the face of continued efforts of governments and central banks to control and manipulate the world's money supply in order to benefit themselves in terms of riches, power and control, all at the expense of the masses.

My optimistic view about bitcoin is that one day government and banks have to allow people to take loans for their bitcoin just like gold. Bitcoin will be recognized as assets more valuable than gold and it can be used in every corner of the world. You don't have to bring your credit cards with you on worldwide tour, a bitcoin wallet in your mobile phone will be enough for you to buy anything you need on tour.

Bitcoin and the other crypto currencies are new and break the regular ways of using money.
They also give more profits then the currencies that we have now. Like having low transfer fees, only used online and keeps your personal ID safe.

Bitcoins are the simplest form of money available on this planet.

Just the fact that no one controls it (theoretically as I guess China is taking over) and it's really simple to receive and send.
You just have your own money with you not with a bank that might get bankrupt and tell you to go cry.

I think it's just the future currency that we need. Many countries and companies are starting to work with bitcoins and these people won't spend $$ in something except if they see it has great potential in the future.
