Yes you are saying right as if a person or family will have a static IP then in that home family only one person will be able to play on that site even in some places a community like neighbors share their internet so in that community only one person will be able to gamble while in places where dynamic IP is available then in that places a single person can have multiple accounts.

Yes Right. Why in the first place you will need two accounts in a single casino site ? I think one account is enough and i dont see any benefit for doubling the accounts. Maybe they what to take advantage of first deposit bonus again and again by making accounts, but then this is wrong.
